Modeled with an insertion diameter of 26.4mm. I printed 0.20mm layer silk PLA which ended up with a an actual diameter of about 26.05mm for a slightly loose fit matching the original nose cone. Depending on your fit, you might find XY compensation useful to get it dialed. Or sandpaper ...
