Ladybug (beruška)

It's my about 3 year old model. A while ago I was taking it out of the bath after my daughter got out of it, so I thought other kids might like it too. Our little one still likes the ladybug very much (I had to print three pieces so they could talk together :-) So the piece pictured is a print after three years of use - it still holds up.

It involves printing two colours separately (the body in black and the wings in red) and then assembling the wings onto the body.

Because of the expected rough treatment, I chose PETG - not fragile, lasts a lot, holds layers superbly. Body printed without supports, wings with supports. The dots on the wings (holes in the wings and protrusions on the body) are designed to fix the wings to the body of the ladybug - nothing sticks, just the wings snap onto the body.

The body filling can be minimal - as little as 10%. I printed with a layer height of 0.2mm.

Jde o můj asi 3 roky starý model. Před chvílí jsem ji vyndával z vany poté, co z ní vylezla dcerka a tak mne napadlo, že by se mohla líbit i ostatním dětem. Naše malá má berušku dodnes velmi oblíbenou (musel jsem vytisknout tři kusy, aby si mohly spolu povídat :-) Vyfocený kus je tedy výtisk po třech letech používání - stále drží.

Jde o tisk dvou barev zvlášť (zvlášť tělo černou barvou a zvlášť krovky červenou) a následné sestavení - nacvaknutí krovek na tělo.

Kvůli očekávanému drsnému zacházení jsem zvolil PETG - není křehký, vydrží hodně, parádně drží vrstvy. Tělo tištěno bez podpěr, krovky s podpěrami. Tečky na krovkách (díry v krovkách a výstupky na těle) jsou konstrukčně pojaty jako fixace krovek na tělo berušky - nic se nelepí, jen se krovky zaklapnou na tělo.

Výplň těla může být minimální - klidně jen 10%. Já tisknul s výškou vrstvy 0.2mm.
