Bitoku organizer for sleeved cards

Fabmaszter did a fantastic organizer (thanks for it!), but I'm using premium sleeves on all cards and small cards doesn't fit well.

• Vision cards container need to be higher and deeper to hold sleeved cards.

• Solo tengu cards also need to be a bit higher.

• Spacer part was adapted to hold retouched vision and solo cards containers. There are two versions, one for bigger beds and another divided in two parts for smaller beds.

Use original files for other parts.
