When our team was working to design this humvee, we wanted something, eye-catching, something that would stick in people's heads for days until they finally got it. We hired several hundred veterans to take surveys about what they wanted in a humvee and to help design it. We first thought to make a a overdone vehicle, but we knew that the design was too eye catching for most people. Next, we moved on to a humvee with a simpler design that people could more easily understand and wrap their heads around, but printing ease was not enough to make people want it. We needed a simple design with a good compact body. Surely this would make people truly want our humvee. Then we did the impossible. We got a humvee with a sleek design, a powerful body capable of carrying heavy loads, a strong posture that gave it a regal definition and a face that showed power and strength above all.
