Description
These are storage and game play trays for the City Tiles and Mobster Strength Tiles used in the board game Speakeasy. They are designed to speed the setup process and for storage.
City Tile Trays: There are 54 City Tiles in the game. 36 City Tiles go on the board at the start of a 3-4 player game, and 22 City Tiles go on the board at the start of a 1-2 player game. These two trays are therefore designed in two sizes - one holds 33 City Tiles, and the other holds 21 City Tiles. Together they hold all 54 City Tiles. The appropriate tray is emptied when setting up the board, and then the other tray sits on the board as the game supply. Two versions of the 21-tile tray are provided - one with a flat base, and one with an inset base so that the tray nests in the top of the 33-tile tray for more stable storage. The stacked City Tile trays are 54 mm high, the same height as the lower plastic trays in the game box.
Mobster Strength Tile Tray: This holds all of the Mobster Strength Tiles in the game, sorted by strength number for convenience. The lid keeps the tiles in place for easy storage in the game box, and the lid will slide underneath the base tray to raise the tray up a little on the game tray and keep the lid tucked away.
