Description
Embrasures resembles an empty castle waiting for someone to fill its voids. The goal of this puzzle is to place the 3 pieces inside the castle in such a way that the 7 empty "spaces" are filled by pieces. I've shown a picture above for the final goal. It is easy to put in one piece. Another requires you to move the first to accommodate the second. But getting all three in is a challenge. The space underneath the roof of the turrets does not need to be filled, since that space is not visible in the end.
I would estimate this is somewhere between a 2/5 and 3/5 in difficulty.
Simply glue the two frame pieces together, print the pieces and you are ready to go.
Makes a great stocking stuffer!
Note: I've included a picture of the orientation of the pieces to give you a partial solution (solution.zip), should you need it. But enjoy the process of moving pieces within the castle. Good puzzle.
Printing
I used PLA. You can use 0.3 or 0.2 layer height for all parts.
15% infill for the frame is fine. If you want a bit of heft to the pieces, you can add infill. I usually use 3 perimeters and maybe 30% infill, if I want the pieces a bit heavier.
