Description
This is a simple, sturdy toy hammer designed for hands-on play and small “excavation” projects like digging toy fossils out of plaster blocks.
The design is intentionally straightforward: one solid handle, a chunky head, and enough mass to actually feel useful without being dangerous. The modified version has a solid (100% infill) hammer head to add weight, making it more satisfying to use when tapping or breaking softer materials.
Features:
Designed for toy and play use only
Head-heavy design for better impact feel
Printed as a single, robust part
No supports required
Easy and fast print
Print settings:
Material: Any (PETG used in the photos)
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Supports: None
Additional note:
This model is intended for toy use, for example when breaking open plaster “fossils” or similar play projects.
It’s not a real tool and not meant for mechanical or workshop use.
The hook at the end of the hammer is intended for scratching. Due to its small size, reduce nozzle temperature towards the end of the print to ensure proper layer bonding and avoid soft or smeared layers.
