Description
Checked with SO who will use it most. She requested it to clamp to the box, so when you pick it up for closer inspection it won't fall off. The slit has two protrusions which creates a distance slightly less than the thickness of the cardboard (~1.5mm).
Slide it over gently and it stays put till you take it off again. Printed it in PETG which is a bit stiffer than PLA, but I'm sure it works for both. Tested this on a couple of boxes and it stays put without damaging the box assuming you don't shake the lid too hard ;-)
If a version with smaller slit is needed, let me know in a comment.
None really, printed with the 0.25mm balanced profile with 15% infill on a CoreOne. Takes a bit over an hour with PETG, PLA bit under an hour. PETG is a bit stiffer on the long run, PLA might deform over time and impact how it holds to the lid.
