Print in place "bearing". The clearence of the bearing is 0.2mm, make sure your printer can reach that.
You could build it with "infinite" discs, making it super high.

If it is to easy increase the distance between the discs. Just dont screw in the bolts all the way into the "bearings". Or leave out the magnets, but I guess this will make it nearly impossible.

For the bottom/grip part you need 1x M5x45 cylinder head screw and one 6x3 magnet.

For each mid part you need 1x M5x45 cylinder head screw and two 6x3 magnets.

For the top part you need 1x 6x3 magnet.

Assembly:

 Same goes for the top and the grip part.
