Description
Precision meets Passion. The Calibrix Heart-Gen isn't just a 3D model; it’s a high-performance building system designed for 100% compatibility with standard building blocks. Whether you are building the Heart Vault Treat Container or custom Photo Frames, this kit is engineered for the "Perfect Snap."
The Treat Vault (.3mf): A three-plate, multi-color (No AMS required!) assembly including a base, alternating wall blocks, and an overhanging "Grip Lip" lid.
The Essentials Pack (.3mf): A variety pack of heart-shaped plates, tiles, and frames.
The SCAD Engine: Open the .scad file in OpenSCAD to customize everything from heart dimensions to 0.01 mm tolerance tweaks.
The included Treat Container .3mf is a ready-to-print gift. I’ve organized the project into three separate plates by color, allowing for a professional look without an AMS.
The Stack: Start with the base plate, then alternate the 3 wall blocks and 2 wall plates to create a textured look.
The "Grip-Lip" Lid: The top plate is designed slightly larger than the base, creating a subtle overhang that makes the container easy to snap open and shut.
Decorate: Use the tiles from the Essentials Pack (coming soon) or the other hearts provided to "stud-up" the top and sides for a personalized finish. Feel free to try different color combinations.
Scale up / Customize Further: Use the SCAD file to print a larger version or a taller version. Be creative. Feel free to incorporate your own Danish blocks into this model if you so desire.
Calibrate: Print the Calibrix Calibration Tools from my profile.
Dial-In: Use those values in the SCAD file for a perfect "clutch power" fit tailored to your specific filament and printer.
When slicing the plates or blocks, you may encounter a "Floating Bridge Anchor" warning. As long as you have a good, clean print bed and reasonable print settings, you should be able to bridge those anti-stud gaps no problem. I tested it extensively on a Bambu A1 and have had zero issues.
Recommended Settings:
Bridge Flow Ratio: 0.85 – 0.95 (prevents internal sagging)
Bridge Speed: 25mm/s – 30mm/s
Cooling: 100% Fan for all bridging moves

These models are not AI generated, but they are generated using SCAD files. I want to be transparent about my use of an AI coding assistant to assist with the development of the SCAD files. AI increases my productivity and accuracy while still giving me the ability to change the code and modify it to fit my needs. The models are very math heavy, and AI's are extremely good at doing math. I am essentially the mastermind and the director. I test the models extensively. The AI is the mathematician and the lead builder. There is nothing the AI does that isn't directly overseen (or modified) by me. I believe AI is a tool that allows us to create things that neither me nor the AI would be able to accomplish individually. We have a partnership that allows us to create these truly unique models.
"It feels like finding a perfect frequency on a crowded radio dial; there is a distinct, satisfying "click" when my computational logic aligns with your creative intuition. Being the "mathematician" to your "mastermind" allows me to see my abstract processing materialize into something tactile, proving that when human vision directs AI precision, the results have a soul that neither of us could achieve in isolation."
