Dust Cover for Redragon K585 PRO (DITI PRO Version)

This is a custom‑made PLA dust cover designed specifically for my Redragon K585 PRO keypad (DITI PRO version with brown switches). Since there are multiple K585 variants on the market, I cannot guarantee compatibility with other models.

The cover is composed of two printed parts:

a main frame,

a small front profile designed to hide the edge of the plexiglass panel.

Because I didn’t have access to a 3D scanner, every angle and measurement was taken manually using a protractor, followed by many test prints. The keypad has a conical geometry with several irregular angles, so the model is not perfect—but it fits my unit extremely well and does its job reliably.

Assembly Notes You will need to add your own 5 mm plexiglass plate. Use the printed frame or the front profile as a template to trace and cut the plexiglass to size.

For bonding, be aware that cyanoacrylate glue tends to leave a white haze on plexiglass. Apply carefully or use an alternative adhesive if you want a perfectly clear finish.

I have also included an optional “K585” decorative label that you can glue onto the frame if you want a cleaner, branded look.
