Description

Edit 2026-02-11 : Added P1S 3mf files for Bambu ecosystems.

This is the blaster I designed when I Wished I had a M0053-1 (hence the name).

It is a low hardware magfed bolt-action Mega stringer blaster
Goal was to be able to DIY it for under 60$ including hardware and filament.

Can be tuned from HvZ levels up to 300fps, depending of the version you choose to print :
   - 1 loop of 4mm                        70fps    (HvZ version - using short barrel)
   - 3/16" or 5mm                      100fps     (HvZ version)
   - 2 loops of 4mm                   100fps     (HvZ version - using short barrel)
   - 2 loops of 4mm                   130fps     (HvZ version)
   - 1/4" or 6mm = K25              160fps     (HvZ version)
   - 3 loops of 4mm = K25        160fps     (HvZ version)
   - 3/8" or 9,5mm = K14           180fps     (HvZ version)
   - 4 loops of 4mm = K14         180fps     (HvZ version)

   - 1/4" or 6mm = K25              200fps   (Long Draw version)
   - 3/8" or 9,5mm = K14          260fps    (Long Draw version)

   - 1/2" or 13mm = K12 + K31  300+fps (Long Draw double-bolt version)

It is compatible with Centurion mags or senrath's modified Moose mags. You can use my provided printed spring if you do not have access to drum springs. I suggest printing them in PETG.

There are 3 lengths of stock options, but they are not field adjustable.

ATTENTION : Please read the instructions in the .txt files as it needs specific slicer settings to ensure no zipping sound when priming and a good dart flow.

Using the 3mf files is strongly recommended.

Hardware required :
   - 10ft of elastic string
   - 2 strands of 1/8" (3mm) elastic string or hair band
   - 2.5kg of PLA
   - 35g of TPU
   - Lube (generic silicone oil works)
   - CA glue

Tools required :
   - Cutter to remove brim
   - Sandpaper to remove flashing
   - Pointy flat head screwdriver or metal pick to remove flush pins for disassembly.
   - Pliers to help remove pins

Special thanks to :
MisplacedMoose for the M0053-1 inspiration to shoot big darts powerfully
Sillybutts for the LHTCU inspiration to print a barrel
gargunkle for the Frayed Knot inspiration to convert to a plungered stringer
Bruce LeedleLeedleLeedleLee for the Anemone inspiration to print a PT and o-rings
