RC Car controller stick repair part

My kid broke the stick on his RC car remote controller so I designed this to repair it. I wanted to repair it with minimum effort so the base was reused.

 Repair process: cut the broken base of controller to 6.4mm, apply some glue and install one half first with 2 pegs, then put some more glues on the peg and install the other half.
