Description

Æther (translation-clear upper air of the sky) is a talon/katana fed, cosmic nomad powered, semi-auto nerf blaster. From my initial testing all mags except unicorn magazines, gravity drop. I don't have an actual katana, but OG nexus mags do

Thank you for checking out my design(s)
If you like my designs and want to support me, please feel free to buy me a coffee as this will help support filament/parts/etc for future nerf blaster designs-

PROPS:
First off I want to thank some creators for their help/support in my first full blaster design
Dan (orionblasters) for the always comfy lynx grip
Gavin (GFZ/GavinFuzzy) for the mag release nubs and the mag release and the inspiration to build it all together with M5 bolts
Nick (nutty) for the turnaround this blaster was built around
Redcowl for the collet on the front to make barrel swaps easier
Jacob (Deathtree) for answering my random questions and not hating the design in person
Michael (Goop/Matterhackers Michael) for also not hating my design and kinda gassing me up when he saw the shell of it

BUILD GUIDE:
Full Build Guide- Coming soon. Pics taken, but need to add words
there are 3 pins. 2 of them are for the ram to ride in a channel in the magwell, the 3rd is to align the front buffer mount to the lower (likely unneeded, but I had a bunch) I just tested the ram without the pins and had no issue. No more pins
Tubing rough measurements are in the BOM along with location of how to hook it up
Some pics of stuff in the meantime until full guide written-
BOLTS
All coarse thread screws are for the picatinny rails and to attach the grip to the lower. All bolts not talked about below are M3x12mm in an attempt to not do to many sizes.

RAM (if you decide to use the pins)-

MAG RELEASE

PRINT ORIENTATION:
Using the auto feature works great for me with the exception of the magwell. That needs to be printed with the bottom of the magwell on the build plate. Supports are definitely needed in some areas such as the magwell, midcover, and I did the turnaround too.
