The model was crafted with a focus on movie-accurate proportions and facial details to perfectly match his big-screen counterpart. It is the perfect piece for anyone looking to bring a part of the Sonic movie universe into their collection.
This model is the result of combining cutting-edge technology with traditional digital sculpting. I used AI-assisted generation to establish the initial rough volume and pose for this project.
The raw AI output was non-manifold and lacked the precision required for high-quality 3D printing. I then spent countless hours manually refining the model:
Full Mesh Reconstruction: Fixed all geometric errors and holes to ensure the model is 100% manifold and "watertight."
Manual Detailing: Every panel line, mechanical joint, and sharp edge of the Mark III armor was hand-sculpted to perfection.
