Sensory Fidget Disc Toy Customizable

SENSORY DISC

Sensory Disc with possibility to customise different "fidgets" to discover geometries, movements and material roughens and harness.

Under files there are available 3mf projects ready for prusaslicer with all needed files to create a possible configuration.

NOTE: The sensory disc is customisable, after selecting your configuration it is recommended to use glue. Some configurations allow print in place where no glue is needed.

Customisation

Tee set consist of:

• Housing

• Pop or squeeze rings

• Rotary Fidget

Housing

Here there are 2 options:

1. Rounded edges (Normal or  with Textures): Needs pins to be assembled together.
    
   SET_1:

          2.Print in place(Normal or  with Textures): Flat bottom, only gyroscope as rotary fidget and 1 pop                   ring possible

               SET_2:

Pop/squeeze ring

These are similar but one is intended to be done with infill (squeeze ring) and another with overhang (pop ring.

If you want to try the pop ring, it is recommended to just add one ring, so they can be pushed through.

TPU elasticity can affect the squeeze/pop objects. There are some test files  available to test the amount of infill and perimeters you need to achieve best results.
