What you see is what you get, you need the fork piece of the original stand from Westy (https://www.printables.com/model/99487-bullet-bill-stand/files) in combination with this redesigned base.

Material:
Like the original this stand is subject to quite some mechnical forces. PLA seems like it can handle it but I am worried about long term creep and impact breaking, as PLA is prone to geting more brittle over time. ABS or ASA are more lasting choices, also PETG if it is not showing too much flex. I went all in with Prusament PC-Blend. If you can handle the warping tendency, this is a perfect choice.
