Motormount for longboard with hoverboard motor

This is part of building my own electric longboard. All startet with a old hoverboard I wanted to give a second chance….so I startet this project.

I first disassembled the original wheels from the board and filed the axis rectangular (14x10mm) so this mount could fit safely. After this, the 3D-printed mount could be screwed on by using M8 x 70mm countersunk screws and the metal plate form the hoverboard.

I've printed the parts in PLA with 100% Infill and the still hold everything together perfectly.

If you want to do this your own, I recommend filing the rectangles exactly to the dimension of the bracket so that there is no play.
