PHALANX 13 - A full Dummy 13 conversion!

When the Jetstream isn't around, the Lucky 13 Legion still needs something to watch over the skies. For this, they created the Phalanx 13 - a mobile missile battery, built with all the bulk and armor of a tank. Whether at the rear of the charge or the front, it can make an attack from the farthest back line with ease thanks to its back-mounted ordinance... incoming!

Update 4/27: added a chest armor version with the 13 logo, added a runner without shins since someone said they were having adhesion issues. Updated remix list to include Carbon 13, something was up with the licensing before.

Introducing the Phalanx 13! Based mostly on the Jetstream 13, this one has an almost completely custom frame. The biggest change this time is the chest, actually! This is the first time I've done anything to the chest frame since the Vanguard 13. The shoulder joint is now built into the pauldrons, and rotates around a joint in the chest frame itself, which is based on the Carbon's joint system. I've included assembly instructions below.

The shoulder pauldron rotates on one axis, and the shoulder rotates on another. You still end up with about the same range of motion, you just have to pose the arms differently.

To assemble the arms, I recommend doing it like this:

Attach the pauldron to the chest, then attach the shoulder AS SHOWN, ALONG THE AXIS, SO YOU DON'T BREAK THE JOINT ACCIDENTALLY. Then, attach the shoulder armor.

For the shin frame, make sure the little nub is facing backwards. This bit keeps the shin guard in place.
