This is a replacement part for PIKO 57431 (Re 482) locomotive.
The locomotive comes with only front-facing bulb lights, so this piece allows conversion to LED lights and also adds rear ligths.
I think it will work perfectly with other PIKO TRAXX locomotives, for example:

Instructions
You'll need
- this piece (x2). Print in black with protruding parts facing upwards.
White SMD LED (x2, one for each side). I used 1206 LEDs
Red SMD LED (x2, one for each side).
1k-2k SMD resistor (x4). I used 0805 resistors.
thin wires
PVA or clear epoxy glue
clear fishing lines as light guide. I used a lines of 1mm diameter, but the holes are 2mm, so I stuffed 5 of lines into a single hole. Instead of fishing lines you might do with with clear epoxy or PVA glue or cut acrylic plate.
You'll also need a soldering iron and tweezers.
