Description
You gonna need to print: 1x Ball bearing holder, 1x Spindle, 1x Storage cylinder and 2x Game Pieces Set.
Printet with 15% infill and 0,2 layer height, every model is easy to print. No support needed!
Additional 1x 608 ball bearing.
The ball bearing holder is press fit, and shoud fit snug in the first part of the spool. optional: add a dab of super glue (recommended) for extra strength. The holder needs to be flush with the spool.
608 ball bearing is inserted into the holder. Pro tip! put the ball bearing in the freezer for a while, and it should drop right in!
The spindle is press fit like the ball bearing holder, and the process is the same just on the other half of the spool.
Build the tallest and most stable structure before time runs out. But be careful, the spinning spool can change everything in an instant!
Place the spool on its bearing so it can rotate freely, by removing the storage cylinder.
Put all game pieces within easy reach of all players.
Use the storage cylinder as the discard pile for pieces that leave the game.
Set a timer for 10–20 minutes. You can choose any length you like, but this is the recommended play time.
Once the timer starts, the game begins.
Once the game has started, all players must remain seated. You may not change seats or move around during the game.
Choose one of the following three actions:
Place one new piece onto the spool.
Reposition one of your own pieces that is already on the spool.
Spin the spool at any speed you choose.
After completing your action, play passes to the next player.
Build, Move, or Spin!
You may place your pieces anywhere on the top spool.
Pieces may be laid flat, stood upright, balanced, or stacked.
Some pieces fit into the spool's hexagonal pattern; others do not.
You may build on top of your own pieces or your opponents' pieces.
As long as a piece remains on the spool, it stays in play.
You may move any one of your own pieces already on the spool.
You may place it anywhere on the top spool.
You may reposition it in any orientation.
Even if moving it causes part of your structure to collapse, any pieces that remain on the spool stay in play.
You may spin the spool as gently or as forcefully as you like.
A careful spin can make placement more difficult for your opponents.
A powerful spin can disrupt or even topple existing structures.
Be warned: your own structure is just as vulnerable as everyone else's.
Any piece that leaves the spool for any reason is immediately out of the game.
This includes:
Pieces that fall off during play.
Pieces knocked off by spinning.
Pieces dropped while attempting to place them.
If a piece misses the spool during placement, even before it is successfully placed it is out of the game.
All removed pieces are placed in the discard pile.
When time runs out:
Score 1 point for each of your pieces still on the spool.
The player with the tallest structure doubles their total score.
The player with the highest score at the end of the game wins!
Balance carefully, build boldly, and spin wisely!
Create your own house rules, invent new challenges, or adjust the timer for shorter or longer games. You can also 3D print additional pieces to expand the game, introduce new shapes, or increase the challenge. The more creative you get, the more unique every game becomes!
- Enjoy!
