Description
In a similar fashion to my ATO Encounter Mega Tray, I wanted to create a single tray for all things used during a clash in Kingdoms Forlorn. This was possible, now in a single tray!
Additionally, person commissioning the tray also had the idea to do a dice tray. So did for both games! The dice tray nicely latches to the well on the front of the Tray and the dice roll there into their space.
Please find these 3 folders:
Single tray
Quite large, at 328 mm x 237 mm won't fit in most printers. This is what I have printed and tested.
Print one tray and one lid (obviously lid facing downwards).
Split tray
I divided the all into two parts, to fit in most print beds. Note I have not tested this, but someone online did and reported it worked well.
For the tray, split following logical location (not just a line as you can do in the slicer), and added 7 holes to glue parts together solidly.
Print each part separately, then the 7 small tabs to join.
Note that these tabs worked on my printer but they were a bit too big for someone else. This is because of printer tolerances - print one and test (both in holes against print bed as well as the ones in the middle of the part), then see if you need to resize them slightly in slicer. Resize only on needed axis, don't make them longer!
For the lid:
Two parts will hold underneath.
Unfortunately, person who printed it reported this was not quite as solid as he would have liked. I don't know what else to do...
Dice tower.
Dice bounce 3 times inside giving a good level of randomness.
Variations: with KF logo, with ATO logo, with generic logos (2 dice).
Two small pieces must also be printed and glued inside the tower from the top, where they go is quite obvious....
Glue larger one in middle location, and...
... then glue smaller one in upper location.
See last image for how it looks assembled.
These were all printed with a 0.4HF nozzle on a Prusa XL, PLA. Supports not absolutely required but are recommended to paint on the tab at the bottom of the tray where the lid latches on (it's a long bridge for the XL).

Please do not print these commercially, as I will sell them in my Etsy store.
