Beer mortar (0.33 bottle opener)

The tube consists of three separate printed parts for easier printing.

All tube parts are connected together using M3 bolts. The assembled tube is then attached to the stand with four M3 bolts.

Because there are many different 0.33 L bottle sizes, this model supports easily replaceable triggers.

Each trigger is marked with text:

“Craft” — for opening local craft kombucha, Corona, Stella Artois, and Leffe beer bottles.

"Corona" — for opening Corona beer bottles.

“Hoegaarden” — for opening Hoegaarden beer bottles.

“Grimbergen” — for opening Grimbergen beer bottles.

The opener lever consists of two parts. The upper part is screwed to the tube, and the lower part is the replaceable trigger.

To attach a trigger, install a 4 × 6 × 6 mm metal insert into the upper part, then use an M4 bolt to fasten the two parts together. The bolt can be fitted with a hex knob/holder so it can be tightened by hand.

The “pillow” model should be printed using TPU filament. It is installed between the stand and the tube.

It is also recommended to add some soft padding material to cushion the bottle.

The rubber foot model should also be printed using TPU filament.

Install the rubber feet on the bottom of the stand using M3 bolts.
