 The madness is spreading across the board! Just when you thought you had your strategy figured out, a mysterious grin materializes out of thin air, right on your diagonals.
Introducing the Cheshire Cat — the most elusive, mischievous, and iconic character, stepping in to fill the role of the Red Bishops in our grand chess collection.

About the Models

Why settle for one Cat when you can have two distinct stages of his magical disappearance? This release includes two unique variations to serve as your pair of Red Bishops:

• 😼 The Grinning Cat: Sitting comfortably on his branch, wrapped in his striped tail, and offering his signature, unsettling smile.

• 🌙 The Fading Smile: The iconic moment of disappearance! The cat is gone, leaving behind only his floating grin and a pair of eyes to confuse your opponent.

Both models are intricately sculpted to capture the whimsical (and slightly creepy) essence of Wonderland. They sit on classic chess bases and are thoroughly optimized for standard FDM printing, ensuring all the fur textures and floating elements print beautifully.

⚙ Magical Printing Tips (Settings)

To make sure the grin prints perfectly:

• Layer Height: 0.16 mm is ideal to capture the texture of the Cat's fur and the smooth curves of his grin.

• Supports: Tree (organic) supports are highly recommended. For the "Fading Smile" version, ensure the floating elements (eyes and grin) are well-supported from the base or the branch.

• Infill: 15% for the body. As always, use slicer modifiers to set the bottom of the base to 100% infill to give your Bishops a satisfying, heavy tabletop feel!
