Description
A complete double-six set: 28 tiles, every face combination from
(0-0) up to (6-6), printed flat with engraved pips and centre line.
Tile: 36 × 18 × 5.5 mm
- Pip: Ø2.4 mm, 0.8 mm deep
- Centre line: 0.6 mm wide, 0.8 mm deep
- Pip pitch: 4 mm
combined.stl — all 28 tiles in a 6×5 layout, encoded as a single
ASCII STL with two named solids body+ pips). Drop into Bambu
Studio → Import → right-click → Split to Parts for automatic
two-colour assignment. This is the print-ready primary.
- body.stl — all 28 tile bodies in the same layout (filament A).
- pips.stl — all 28 pip + line plugs in the same layout (filament B).
- domino_set.scad — parametric source. Single-tile mode via
-D 'part="single_body"' -D 'left=N' -D 'right=M'lets you reprint
any face. All dimensions parameterised at the top of the file.
Layer height: 0.2 mm.
- Walls: 3.
- Infill: 15 % (tiles are thin; infill barely matters).
- Supports: none — tiles are flat slabs, pips are recessed.
- Orientation: Auto-orient in Bambu Studio picks the flat layout
correctly. Layout is ~231 × 102 mm so it fits the A1 mini bed.
- Print time: ~2.5 h on Bambu A1 / X1C at 0.2 mm.
PLA is fine. The accent (pips) is a few grams of contrasting
filament — gold-on-black or white-on-blue both look great.
