Make your own guess who? game with 24 picture of your friends or favourite popculture

Pictures:

  • You will need in total 72 pictures (3 sets of 24) to have a complete and playable game.

  • The pictures your print should be 28x24 mm.

  • I arranged the photos in 3x4 grids on a single sheet. I did this so they would fit the standard sizes used by German photo shops, allowing me to print them affordably on photo paper. If you have your own printer, you can adjust the layout to suit your needs. Then I cut them out.

Print Settings:

  • Nozzle Diameter: 0.4 mm

  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm (I used the optional variable layer height 0.3-0.15)

  • Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid) - more if it should be heavier

  • Supports: Should print well without

  • Material Recommendations: PLA (I used Prusament PLA Galaxy Black & PolyTerra PLA Cotton White, to create a nice chessboard look)

Assembly Instructions:

  • Connect the flaps to the main board using filament from a spool, and then either glue the ends or use a heat gun/soldering iron to melt them. I used an soldering iron.

  • I attached the pictures with self-adhesive tesa® Photo Corners. Any other doublesides tape should work aswell. Think about whether you'd like to be able to replace the images later on.
