Print-In-Place Kite Reel

I was inspired by @JakubLattenberg "Flying Kite Reel" that used a print in place reel assembly but wanted to design one with more capabilities that didn't require metal hardware.

PLA / 0.3- to 0.4-mm /2 Perimeters /15% Gyroid Infill / No Supports

Ensure the Spool Lock Button and Knop move freely after printing.  

Install rubber bands into the Platform & attach to the Trigger (the trigger is used to apply drag on the outer spool as string is being dispensed)

The Spool Lock can only be engaged when the arrow on the outer spool aligns with the circle on the inner spool.
