Description
Update 6-1-26: managed to make the f3d version work with some black magic shenanigans. Step file replaced with a f3d.
Update 5-27-26: updated the F3D file to step due to problems with references and to include the plunger top and nut bottom as they were missing.
A MWSR that actually works and shoots more than 30 fps.
Blaster is going to be unstable/jank as the base MWSR and TLOJ are unfinished prototypes in the first place.
Assembly is mostly following what is in the step file, but with the TLOJ assembly for the bottom. There are pics for a general guide for the "hard parts".
The only mags I got to work with this are OG talons and their curved variant, and the nerf pro straight mags. Nothing else works from what I can tell. This is also not compatible with angle and slim talons or the like.
Priming the blaster is best done with the hammer first, then the plunger.
As a side effect of using the tloj plunger, you can store darts in there.
The elastic for the magwell is 1/8 shock cord. The top hammer area and the catch area are 3/32.
The scope, scope mount and flashhider are optional parts to make it look kinda like the DL44.
The spring I am using is deliberately shorter than capacity as to make the hammer priming not so fatiguing. I started with 3.25 inches. I would not use anything else higher than 788 in spring weight. I think this only fits k25/788 sized springs.
There are files named BLAK and TEN for a general color scheme. The BRIM folder has stuff that needs a brim to be printed. The MIDDLE WITH HOLES FOR SCREWS file needs thick walls as most parts are hinging on this part. I would use a ton of walls and stiff filament for the TRIGGER, PLUNGER OTHER SIDE and PLUNGER SIDE WITH CATCH, as these parts can bend a lot. The CATCH WITH MORE MATERIAL part also needs a lot of walls so it does not chip away easily. There is also a picture of the orientations these parts need to be printed in.
There is a printed u channel for the ram assembly. It can be made of aluminum but is not required.
-Hardware thats is modified from the step file or is not present In there in the first place.
DO NOT USE THE STEP FILE FOR LENGTH MEASURMENTS AS I DID NOT UPDATE THEM IN THERE.
6 inch 10-32 Threaded rod
5.5 inch Plunger tube
3/32 pin 3/4 length (lynx trigger pin) for the top hammer cap retainer.
1 caliburn trigger pin (has to be the small one or it will not fit in the hammer side part)
9/16 od 7/16 id silicone tubing. I used a little under 3 1/4 inches in my build
4.5 inch barrel for the bottom plunger middle.
at least 8 inches of barrel. Mine is 8.75 inches in the picture.
2 3/4 4-40 screws or similar for the scope mount
1/8 shock cord
3/32 shock cord
