Marble Pinball

General

Please use the Tolerance-Test to select the appropriate Bolt. The bolt should be able to be screwed into the tolerance-test by hand without tools.

Please also follow the printing recommendations, especially for the Bolts. 

Although the pinball machine is designed for 16mm marbles, smaller ones should still work.

Printing

I recommend printing the bolts in PETG with 4 walls, as layer adhesion is critical.

All parts can be printed without supports and are already properly oriented.

Assembly

Parts needed(setup in the picture):

• 2x M3x12 Cylinder head screw (optional, the parts can be glued)

• 2x rubber band

• 1x Pinball-mainbody

• 1x Catcher

• 1x Left-Flipper

• 1x Right-Flipper

• 2x Spinner

• 1x Upper-Bumper

• 1x Lower.Bumper

• 8x Bolt

1. You need to secure the pinball main body and the catcher using the M3x12 screws, or glue the two parts together.

2. Next, insert the rubber band into both flippers, the tension can be adjusted by changing the length and the number of loops.

3. The elastic band is then hooked into the designated slot on the catcher.

4. Next, secure both flippers with the bolts. Tighten the bolts gently.

1. The remaining parts can simply be secured with the bolts.
