Description
I wanted to convert some LGB covered hoppers to plastic pellet service. This meant changing the trough hatches to round and the gates to pneumatic outlets. I also added vented hatches to each bay.
This is not any specific prototype. While some early ACF 3 bay hoppers are similar, My design is a "what if" some 1960's 3 bays were modified them for pellet service.
