Description

This is a set of box tops for the Flat trolley with pegs.

There are 4 variants:

• topBoxA - metal box with low sides

• topBoxB - metal box with (low) sides that can be opened

  • topBoxBa - only the main middle box part

  • topBoxBb - only the 2 sides

• topBoxC - wooden box with low sides, with metal fittings

  • topBoxCa - the same wooden box, but without the metal fittings

  • topBoxCb - only the metal fittings, on runners for easier printing

• topBoxD - wooden box with high sides, with metal fittings and steps

  • topBoxDa - the same wooden box, but without the metal fittings and steps

  • topBoxDb - only the metal fittings, on runners for easier printing

  • topBoxDc - only the metal steps

The separate metal fittings and steps of topBoxC* and topBoxD* are meant to friction fit into place, but that is not very secure. Use a drop of glue to fix them.
If you intend to paint the models, maybe don't bother with the separate fittings of topBoxC* and topBoxD*, instead print the combined model topBoxC or topBoxD.

All variants fit on all sizes of trolley frame. For the frames with break platform(s) the platform board (which can be found in the flat trolley model) is needed once or twice (depending on the frame).

Printing

All parts are already oriented for printing.

I used PETG via 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height with default settings in Prusaslicer.
No supports are needed.
