Carbon 13 Metal Hero Jaspion/Juspion

Description

Metal Hero Jaspion/Juspion remix using Carbon 13 body and joints.

Printing:

For the joints parts, print with ABS/ASA/PETG. Do not print the joints with PLA.

0.4mm nozzle, layer height .2mm and 15% infill. Variable Layer Height (.08 ~ .2mm) for the head and chest to reduce visible layer lines on the top layer.

Most parts requires supports and brim.

Assembly:

The construction sequence is the same as Carbon 13's.

Loose joints: apply a thin layer of clear nail polish or superglue.

Stiff joints: sand the peg or the male end of the joint.

Use needle-nose pliers to fit the abdominal part into the joint, as shown in the figure below:
