Description

Mini 3D Printed Beyblade

This is a miniature 3D printed Beyblade that I designed from scratch. Despite its small size, it spins surprisingly well and works great in Beyblade stadiums.

The design was created to be compact, easy to print, and fun to use while remaining compatible with LEGO Beyblade launchers.

Features

• Original design
• Compact mini size
• Smooth spinning performance
• Compatible with LEGO Beyblade launchers
• Easy to print
• Great for battles, testing, and display

Launcher Compatibility

This Beyblade is designed to work with LEGO Beyblade launchers.

If you don't have a LEGO launcher, I've also created a launcher converter that allows you to use a regular Beyblade launcher with this model.

Printing Recommendations

Material:
• PLA
• PETG

Settings:
• 0.20 mm layer height
• 15–25% infill
• 3 walls recommended

Important Printing Notes

Support material is required inside the launcher connection slot underneath the Beyblade.

After printing, carefully remove the supports using tweezers, small pliers, or similar tools.

For easier support removal, you can:

• Print the model at a slight angle
• Raise the model above the build plate and generate supports underneath
• Use custom/manual supports only where needed
• Use support painting tools in your slicer

Choose whichever support method works best for your printer and slicer.

The launcher connection slot must be completely cleaned after support removal to ensure proper launcher fitment and smooth launching performance.
