Some advice for printing : 

the infill in the spinner has to be : 100 % for the 2 part under and 15 % for the part on top

And be careful when you take out the support for the piece : engrenage / engrenage v2

And do not add support everywhere on the part on the top of the spinner ! only on the plate ! :)
