Tra nsformers G1 Giant Purple Griffin Ver. 2

One of our larger pieces, the Giant Purple Griffin (https://www.patreon.com/posts/50752435) seems ripe for an update! In this version, we've mainly updated the head and face to be more animation accurate, given him an articulated tail and also some additional improvements overall.

Similarly articulated in all four legs as before, you can either have the griffin sitting down or standing up!

As for his wings, they can either be folded up vertically by the side, or spayed out with the upper parts extended for an in-flight look!

Sitting under the wings are the missile pods as before, which can have effect parts added to the front and back!

The griffin's face also comes in two swappable variants - a normal one, and one with twin cannons on which effect parts can be used too!

Front and rear doors on the griffin's body can also be flipped open, as he does act as the Decepticon's flying transport.

And if you have any CyberTrack pieces handy, you can use them inside the griffin's body, or connect him up to other CyberTrack pieces or other compatible tracks!

In this new version, we've also added an optional articulated tail to the griffin! The mount for this pegs into a 5mm port on the underside, and you can add any number of tail parts (which come in plain and detailed versions) to vary the tail's length.

=== Assembly ===

The included assembly diagrams show how the Giant Purple Griffin is put together.

As usual, we make use of 5mm pegs to connect things up, but also use two thinner 4mm pegs for the hinges of the front and rear doors. These are most easily cut down to length by from acrylic rods, which should be available by hobby or craft shops.
