Lego Helmet Wall Mount

I liked the concept behind the mount by LazyG8tr, but wanted to modify it for the following..

• less waste on supports

• add studs to base-plate so the helmet would lock in place

• reduce clearances all around so the mount felt secure

• hide screw holes going into wall

While it looks similar to the original, I modified a lot of the dimensions on all of the parts, I would advise using all of my parts if you opt for any of them.

I made a version for regular helmets, and also a modified base-plate to accommodate the Tie Fighter.

turn on supports for the section that has the cutout for the wedge & pin.  while not necessary, it may help with fitment as I designed it with very tight tolerances to ensure a snug, confidence inspiring design.
