The Bolz – Double-Lattice TPU Squish Ball Set

The Bolz is a set of three 3D-printed double-lattice TPU squish balls designed to feel different in the hand while keeping the same playful lattice-ball concept.

Each ball is not just a hollow outer shell. Every design has an outer lattice ball and a smaller replicated inner lattice ball inside it. This double-lattice structure adds strength, improves rebound, and gives a more controlled squishy feel compared to a simple single-shell lattice.

The three versions

Neil – Softest / Maximum Squish
Neil is the softest ball in the set. It is simulated and designed for the most squishiness, making it the most flexible and compressible version.

Patrick – Balanced / Squish + Rebound
Patrick is the balanced version. It is designed to give a satisfying squish while still recovering with a good rebound.

Harris – Firmest / Strongest Rebound
Harris is the hardest version of the set. It is tuned for more rebound and a firmer feel while still keeping the flexible behavior of TPU.

All three balls are designed to print in TPU 95A and require no supports.
