Poker Chip 39mm tray - easy print on side

This is two versions of a poker chip tray that is easy to print with no support by printing it on its side.  Put the flat parts against the bed and both sides will have the texture of the build plate.

The two parts snap together usually without glue needed but if you carefully put a tiny amount of CA glue in the tabs and maybe along the edge it will hold even better.  The fit is really dependent on the difference between machine tolerances.  They take a bit of pressure to snap together on my machine.  If they are too tight you can shave a little off the tabs to get them to fit.

This fits 39mm diameter chips that stack 20 to a height of 67mm.  If your stack is shorter they will just jiggle a bit more.  If bigger they probably won't work.

There is one marked WHOLE that stacks on other chips the same size.  The second is FLAT is does not stack for either putting into a drawer or using as an upside down topper to hold chips down inside a case.

I like PETG mostly but PLA or other material would work.

Again, put the parts on the side to print, not like it would sit with chips in it.  (see image)  This makes it print without supports, makes the "tunnels" for the chips smoother, and puts whatever build plate texture you have on the sides of the tray.
