Poker Chip tray 39mm - outside wrap, inside up

This is a poker chip tray that will hold 100 39mm chips that stack 67mm for 20.  If your chips are smaller they may rattle a bit.  If larger they are unlikely to work.

This prints with no supports if the inside is printed on the side and the outside is printed with the flats of the inner tabs up.  There is a slope on the bottom of the tabs that usually is no problem to print without supports.

The two parts snap together pretty tightly.  Press them together until the peaks of the chip tunnels are flush with the side part.  If they are too tight you can sand or shave the tabs a little bit.  I haven't needed CA glue but you could put a little CA glue on them to make sure they don't come apart.

I like to use PETG to get that nice finished look but any filament like PLA that you have success with will work.

Print the inner part on the side as shown in the slicer screenshot and the chip "tunnels" will be smoother.
