Print settings
- Material: PLA (PETG only for the base frame, for easier snaping)
- Infil: 100% (Only parts I used 15% were the wheels)
- Perimeters: 4 (There are a lot of rods, pins and generally longer parts, where more perimeters could save some print time)
- Layer height: 0,2mm
- Supports: Only for the exhaust pipes
- Brim: There are custom ones for a few risky parts, so unless you have major problems with adhesion, you shouldn't use any.
- Estimated print time: 38 hours
- Used filament: Grey - 205g (69m), Black - 135g (46m), Red - 54g (18m). 394g in total according to Prusa slicer.
Edit: 2.5.2022 - There is no subfolder in the BLACK folder, fixed reference in the manual.
5.5.2022 - Fixed missing siderods from the BODYWORK folder.
11.5.2022 - Changed instructions picture for exhaust assembly (page 17)
19.5.2022 - Added some requested alternative parts
31.07.2022 - Big update:
-To come a bit closer to the original Scarbo, front axle have been moved almost 1cm back, while the lenght of the car stays the same.
-Front control arms are a bit longer and the steering knuckels are moved further, without the wheels changing distance from the base frame, check out the comparison picture above.
-Most of the front axle including the base frame, 2 largest bodywork parts and front brake discs must be printed for this update.
-There's a new folder labeled "Update" with all new parts, the instructions has been also updated. All the parts have been reuploaded either way, so if you downloaded everything for the first time after july 31 2022, you can ignore the "Update" folder.
26.8.2022 - Fixed some mistakes in FRONT_AXLE_GROUP and BLACK_GROUP
