Description
This is a box and lid for the Cards Against Humanity game.
Inside there are two receptacles, one for the white and one for the black cards.
The box is square so the lid can be put on in any orientation.
This design can be printed in one color where the letters are recessed or multi colour where the colours are flush. With creative editing of the Gcode you could even print this in two colours on a single colour machine.
At 0.2mm the lid and base take about 3 and 12 hours to print at 100% on an i3 Mk2.
Printer Brand: Prusa
Printer: i3 MK3 MMU 2
Rafts: No
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.2mm
Infill: 15%
Filament: Amazon Basics / Real Filament PETG White / Black
Notes:
Printed at 220 degC nozzle and 85 degC bed to reduce stringing.
I used Slic3r to generate the multi colour Gcodes and a Mk2.5 with MMU2 to print it.
4 colour changes are required as the white is only 2 layers deep at 0.4mm.
Design has ZERO tolerance
Straight off the bed, the lid will fit the base, but there is no tolerance and it will be a real struggle to get the lid off.
The inside of the lid or the base can sanded to get the right amount of tolerance for release.
