This is using an existing drive chain Thing for sprockets in the Capsela construction set. I did not alter the original STLs apart from renaming them.

The original chain is in the foreground of the photos.
The STLs must be scaled to produce the Capsela size chain.
The STL is scaled in the slicer to produce a direct replacement for the unavailable OEM Capsela chain links.

Notes:
I used 0.4 wall thickness and 0.16 layer height with 0.2 first layer.
Print speed 50.
It takes about 35 mins to print 10 links, About 3.5 hours to print 2 - 30 links.
Carefully break the links loose one at a time.
