Description

Update: Dec 8th, 2021. Remasted the model to ensure all parts are manifold. All parts are in the zip file (Remastered)

This model is based on the Security Mech found throughout the SCUM - Supermax Open World Survival Videogame. Some variations from the Game Version were made to ensure successful printing.

Some glue will be required if you print and assemble the mech via the pieces.

Permission to create and share was provided by SIPPY (Game Development Team Member) on Feb 6, 2020.

Files contain a completed mech for print. Additionally, there are individual parts for print as well. Please provide any feedback on how it worked for you. Thanks, and enjoy it.

Ultra-big thanks to Gamepires, Devolver Digital, and the entire SCUM Development team.

If this model or the parts contained in it are used or modified, attribution to this creator is required.

Notes:

Printed on an Ender 3pro. Recommend slow printing at a .1 or smaller resolution for good results. I used Hatchbox White PLA for the print. Some of the areas (e.g. ankles and rearfoot stabilizers) may need to be reinforced as they print thin.

Some glue will be required to connect the pieces together if printed separately.

I printed the model in pieces and glued together after sanding, priming, and painting. The leg and Arm Joints have enough play to allow for some movement but recommend gluing in place, once your desired positioning is achieved.

Feel free to download and use as is, kitbash, or modify as you see fit. I only ask you to provide attributions for myself if this model or any piece from it is used in your work(s).
