Description
At MiniWorld3D we celebrate Star Wars Day of May 4th with a model inspired by Luke's iconic home at the Lars moisture farm in Tatooine.
To be hidden from the Emperor and Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi took baby Luke to his step uncle and aunt, Owen and Beru Lars, where he grew up as a normal, humble farmboy. This model includes only the entrance to the underground homestead, with the igloo-like dome and moisture vaporator.
The real-world film set location is in Nefta, southern Tunisia, at the edge of Chott El-Jérid, a salty dry lake.
