The Magic Flute puzzle by Gregory Benedetti

This is a copy of a puzzle found on Puzzle Will Be Played. Its full English title is The Magic Flute - Queen of the Night as it is one of a series by Gregory Benedetti. http://puzzlewillbeplayed.com/DieZauberfloete/KoeniginDerNacht/

The puzzle was constructed using Burr Tools and I have included the .xmpuzzle file so you can play with the pieces and export different sized STL files if you wish.

Instructions

Print one of each piece.

Assemble the pieces into a 'panpipe' shape.

This is not as difficult as some of the other puzzles I have tried and looks really nice printed in different colours. I used the free samples I received from Faberdashery.

The pieces have a 0.15 mm tolerance to stop them from getting jammed. I chose this value mainly because I wanted to print the pieces at 0.15 mm layer height. I was really pleased with how smooth the surfaces are at this resolution.
