Drawn to allow me to cut a hole to mount a USB charger without cutting up the original piece. requires a little sanding and manipulation to fit square, but its pretty good for the first draft.

future versions will have the cutout and fit snug. requires a little bit of weather strip which I havent worked out beyond creating a channel

re-use the original lock. I may create a knob latch.
