1:10 Crawler Wheel - Toyota Style

Wheels styled after one of my favorite designs.

There are two versions, and I'm still fiddling with the design.

Version 1

Files: yodawheel, beadlock, and rim.stl

Use M2x6 to hold the bead lock on the inside of the rim. Use M2x16 screws through a bead lock and the outside half to hold the two halves together.

Mount the wheel to the hub using either M2 screws on the 6-lug pattern or an M3 through the center cap to mount on a hex axle.

Version 2.1

Way more than a remix. This was a ground-up redesign. Also went to 11 hole bead lock because...I dunno, prime numbers? Fits a 8 mm hex hub 10 mm long or 12mmx6 bolt circle mount.

Use M2x6 screws to install the bead lock on the back half. On the front, note that 4 of the 11 holes are slightly larger. You will need M2x18 or M2x20 screws in these holes to hold the two halves together. Use M2x6 in the rest.

The wheel can be mounted on the vehicle using either the 6x12 bolt pattern and suitable-length M2 screws or a single M3 through the center.

Version 2.2

Files: trdv2.2-inside, trdv2.2-outside, bead-lock-11-hole.stl

Version 2.1 with a positive (2 mm) offset for a deeper dish. This version takes shorter M2 screws (4x) through the back half into the front. M2x16 should work fine.

Use M2x6 screws to install the bead lock on the front half. On the back, note that 4 of the 11 holes are slightly larger. You will need M2x16 screws in these holes to hold the two halves together. Use M2x6 in the rest.

The wheel can be mounted on the vehicle using either the 6x12 bolt pattern and suitable-length M2 screws or a single M3 through the center.
