Description
My kids broke yet another part of the hitch assembly so I've created it from measurements in CAD. We only have a dump wagon so it has not been tested with any other components. They've also lost the plastic screw which raises/lowers it, so it hasn't been tested with it either.
I've split it into two pieces so that it can be printed in the strongest orientation. The lower body should be printed on its side. The upper body should be printed as is. Both require supports.
If they do end up breaking the lower body because of the poor design from Bruder, it is a quick print to replace it.
The pieces fit together with a friction fit dove-tail joint. I've given the interface a 0.1mm tolerance on all faces as this is what my printer requires to fit snugly and not easily pull out.
