Concordia w/Salsa Insert Extras Redesign

This is a remix of combining Tvkili's money tray and Paprika's spacer to resize the compartments and have a solid plug in a single piece. Also, slight change to lid size for a tighter fit.

Lid: Place on top of Reverman's City box to keep the little squares from falling out.

Money Tray: Place player boards on lower half of money tray.
