Train tracks - IKEA Lillabo Compatible

These days it's important to keep your children entertained.
Parents who need to work remote and keep their children busy is hard. I designed these models based om dimensions of the IKEA tracks. We are always struggling to make the track work but our 2 year old son is always ending up requiring types of tracks that just do not exist. These models end that issue. Printing the small ones for example the 45 degrees track or the 50mm track only take just under an hour other ones a bit longer. Other variant will be published as their are completed. Bridges and crossings will follow next.

You can print a track piece while they are taking their afternoon nap promising them a new track piece when they are awake.

Print instructions

Printing with 15% gyroid infill.
PLA works just fine.

Update 2023-02-05

Some have noticed that these do not have a proper fit with the newer IKEA tracks, the older ones are fine. Next time I visit an IKEA I will buy a few new tracks to update the model and add those to the designs. Thanks for all the feedback!

Update 2023-11-12

Finally an update… The newer IKEA tracks (heard that it is 2019 and later?) seem to have a different pin size which resulted in 15 extra models. I have tested the corners and they are a good fit. Please pay attention to the name of the model if you have newer IKEA tracks :) The straight tracks will be tested and added tomorrow.
